My wife and I had heard all the horror stories about homebuilding. Friends had told us not to build a custom home because the construction process was very taxing on a family and on a marriage. We found that our experience with Palmer and Preston was very pleasant. Both Palmer and Preston (our job supervisor) were very helpful as to where in the process delays or disruptions in work could happen and they communicated that information ahead of time. We were never surprised by an unexpected event during construction….. We are considering building again and if we do build again, the company we trust with our investment is Albertine Company.
