Lot Selection
Whether you own a lot or require assistance finding a suitable one, we have a network of Realtors®, surveyors, and engineers to aid in the lot selection process.
Architectural Plans
We have long-standing relationships with some of the finest architects and designers in the Memphis area. Through these relationships, we are happy to coordinate the team that will make your dream a reality.
Proposal Presentation
When the architectural plans and finished selections are complete, we will prepare a proposal for your custom home. Our proposal outlines each aspect of the home in great detail, including all the finished selection allowances. Our proposal pricing includes all costs necessary to complete the construction of your home. This includes permitting, demolition (if needed), and construction. Once the budget and contract are approved, we are able to begin construction.
Custom Home Construction
Immediately following the execution of the contract, we will begin the process of building your new home. All permits will be obtained and the site will be prepared for construction. Your home will be built according to the architectural plans and contract specifications. We will provide weekly updates and schedule Builder/Homeowner walkthroughs at every stage of construction. This ensures that you are satisfied with the progress and provides you the opportunity to make changes if necessary. In addition to the regular scheduled walkthroughs, we will conduct a final inspection when your home is complete.
Post Construction Process
Upon completion of construction, your home is covered by the West TN Home Builders Association New Construction Warranty. With our company, you are not handed off to a warranty department. The builder of your home will stay your main point of contact all the way through the entire warranty period.
