Palmer Albertine

Palmer has been involved in the Memphis real estate market since 1983 as a builder, developer, and realtor. With over $360,000,000 in new home construction, he is considered one of the preeminent builders in the Memphis market. Palmer is a past President of the Memphis Area Home Builders Association, a member of the National Association of Home Builders, as well as the Memphis Area Association of Realtors. Palmer attended LSU with a focus on Marketing and Management. He is a member of Second Presbyterian Church.

Philip Albertine

Philip is the third generation of Albertine to participate in the family business. For the past ten years, Philip has handled most of the estimating for the Albertine Company as well as project management on commercial and new home construction. He also has extensive experience in residential remodels. Philip has a residential construction portfolio ranging from $200,000 to several million dollars. Prior to Albertine, Philip has worked with Montgomery Martin Contractors in Memphis and Mapp Construction in Baton Rouge. He is a graduate of LSU with a degree in Construction Management and is currently serving as a board member for West Tennessee Home Builders Association.

Preston Croft

Preston is one of the most experienced construction managers in the Memphis area. Starting in the industry after leaving the Navy, Preston initially worked as a trim carpenter and a framer for 15 years before joining the Albertine Company in 1989. Preston has managed hundreds of projects ranging in scope from $100,000 to well over 6 million dollars. He holds a TN General Contractors License. Preston has been married to his wife Jackie for over 40 years, has 4 adult children and 7 grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys reading and exercise.

Palmer Albertine Jr.

Palmer has spent most of his life around job sites having grown up with a family in the construction and development industry. After graduating college at Rhodes, he spent nearly a decade in building material sales, estimating and customer service for some of the largest building material supplier in the Memphis area. He has diverse project management experience having supervised custom home and remodel projects in East Memphis, Germantown, Collierville and throughout Shelby County. Prior to rejoining The Albertine Company in 2021, he had spent the past several years teaching and coaching at Presbyterian Day School. Palmer and his wife, Lauren, live in Germantown with their two boys.

Wes Pennel

Wes has spent most of the past 20 years in the residential construction industry. Starting as an assistant construction manager in 2000, he was working on infill and custom home projects in Memphis and Nashville. Prior to starting with Albertine in May of 2021, Wes had spent six years as Director of Construction for one of the largest homebuilders in the Mid-South. In 2020, He was responsible for construction of roughly $54,000,000 in new homes throughout West Tennessee and North Mississippi. Wes is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a degree in Accounting.
